If you have images stored digitally they can be emailed, try to do so at their largest resolution. Photos where the head is large and show good areas of light & dark work best. I do sometimes turn down a commission if I feel I can't see enough detail to work from. Physical photo prints could be posted to me and I can scan and return them.
